Bursting with rich natural flavor our legs of lamb are sourced from local farms in Leicestershire and masterfully prepared by our talented Butchers at Farndon Fields.
Perfect for those wanting a classic roast lamb dish, each joint is succulent and tender as well as visually sensational as a centrepiece for your Easter table.
Sizes available:
Half Leg Bone In: approx 1.5kg / Bone Out: approx 1.25kg. Serves 4 - 6 people
Full Leg Bone In: approx 3 - 3.5kg / Bone Out: approx 2-2.25kg. Serves 6-8 people
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the leg of lamb in a roasting dish for approximately 40 minutes per kg at 180C for bone in joints & 30 minutes per kg at 180C for boneless joints. For well done cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Rest at room temperature for at least half of the total cooking time.
