🎄 Christmas Food Pre-Order Refund & Amendment Policy

We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to help.

Order Amendments:
You can amend your Christmas food pre-order up to Wednesday 10th December by calling 01858 464 838 or emailing hello@farndonfields.co.uk

Cancellations & Refunds:
After 10th December, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations, as we’ll have confirmed quantities with our suppliers and begun production.

Returns:
As all items are fresh food, we’re unable to accept returns.

Order Errors:
If you spot an error with your collection, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll happily correct or substitute the item subject to availability and the condition of any returned goods.
