When do I pay for my order? We require full payment at the time of placing your order.
Is there a minimum order? Yes, there is a minimum order value of £20.00.
Can I place my order over the phone? Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. If you can’t place your order online, come into the Farm Shop where the team can help you.
Can I book a collection slot and place my order at a later date? We require your order and payment at the time of booking your collection slot. However if you have forgotten something you can still add to your order at a later date by giving us a call on 01858 464838 or emailing us at hello@farndonfields.co.uk.
Where do I collect my order? The order collection point will be inside the Farm Shop by our butchery counter.
I've forgotten what time I'm meant to collect? You can find the collection slot you chose on your confirmation email. It is located on the bottom left-hand side of the email.
Can I redeem my gift card on the website? Currently, we’re not able to accept gift cards as a form of payment on our website. You can use the gift card in the Farm Shop and the Farmer's Kitchen
Can I accrue and redeem loyalty points on the website? Loyalty Points can not be applied or redeemed to pre-ordered Christmas food purchases.
