When do I pay for my order? We require full payment at the time of placing your order.

Can I place my order over the phone? Unfortunately we are unable to take orders over the phone. If you can’t place your order online, come into the Farm Shop where the team can help you.

Do I need to collect any tickets? No there is no need to collect a ticket.

Can I redeem my gift card on the website? Currently, we’re not able to accept gift cards as a form of payment on our website. You can use the gift card in the Farm Shop and the Farmer's Kitchen

Can I accrue and redeem loyalty points on the website? Loyalty Points can not be applied or redeemed to online purchases.
