Our succulent and tender lean venison joint is a wild alternative to a beef fillet.

Sustainably sourced from Keythorpe Game in Rutland this joint boasts wonderful texture, with rich umami flavour.  This joint has been boned and rolled by our butchers from the haunch of wild fallow deer.
