Our Free Range Herb Fed Roosters are reared foraging for their food and free to graze across acres of Yorkshire pasture at the foot of the Hambleton Hills.  Their diet includes a unique blend of over 10 varieties of fresh herbs which results in a delicious flavourful meat.  Reared over the summer months to reach maturity naturally, the meat develops a unique taste and texture.  

A superb choice for those seeking a flavorful alternative to turkey. Our roosters are oven-ready, giblets included.

Sizes available:

Small (3-4kg) serves 6-8 people / Medium (4-5kg) serves 8-11 people / Large (5kg+) serves 11+ people
