Marmalade Glazed Cooked Ham

A boneless British gammon joint that has been slow cooked in our kitchen and accompanied with our marmalade glaze for you to apply at home before you roast.  A stunning ham that will take centre stage during your Easter celebrations and can be enjoyed cold afterwards. 

Size: One size, 2 - 2.5kg, serves 7 - 8 people

Cooking instructions: 

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C

Once oven is preheated liberally pour your marmalade glaze over your gammon (use a pastry brush to ensure good coverage) 

Place your gammon on a tray (preferably on a vegetable trivet) in your oven, turn after 20 minutes 3 times
