Free Range Goose

Our Free Range Goose joints are reared in East Anglia and slow grown outdoors on a mixed grazing diet; then dry plucked and game hung resulting in a flavourful bird.  A wonderful choice for those wanting an indulgent alternative to turkey that is great for smaller gatherings.

Our geese are skillful prepared by out Butchers and oven-ready with giblets included.

Sizes available:

Small (4-5kg) serves 4-5 people / Medium (5-6kg) serves 6-7 people / Large (6kg+) serves 8-9 people
