Fillet of Beef

Experience the finest quality fillet of beef with our Chateaubriand cut, sourced from the thickest part of the tenderloin.  Meticulously chosen and skillfully prepared by our expert butchers, this tender joint is perfect for a special celebration.

Sizes available:

1kg, serves 4-5 people / 2kg, serves 8-10 people

Cooking Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 180C.  Bring fillet up to room temperature.  Oil, salt & pepper the fillet and using an ovenproof pan and sear on all sides at a high heat.

Cook for 10 minutes /kg for rare, 15 minutes / kg for medium and 25 minutes / kg for well done.

Rest for at least half of the total cooking time.
