A fabulous centerpiece for your Easter celebrations that is simple to cook and carve.
Our finest locally reared beef is dry aged on the bone in our specially designed dry ageing cabinet behind the butchery counter. It is then boned and rolled to make a very special roasting joint.
Our sirloin has an intense flavour and a beautifully tender texture that will be sure to impress.
Sizes Available:
1kg, serves 2-3 people / 2kg, serves 4-6 people / 3kg, serves 7-8 people
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 220C. Pat dry the meat and season well. Reduce oven temp to 180C and cook for 20 minutes per kg.
Rest at room temperature for at least half of the total cooking time.
