Dry Aged Sirloin of Beef

A fabulous centerpiece for Christmas celebrations that is simple to cook and carve. 

Our finest locally reared beef is dry aged on the bone in our specially designed dry ageing cabinet behind the butchery counter.  It is then boned and rolled to make a very special roasting joint.

Our sirloin has a rich flavour and marbling resulting in beautifully tender meat that will be sure to impress.
