Classic Cooked Wiltshire Ham

Deliciously tender and incredibly versatile our Classic Cooked Wiltshire Ham is cured for a minimum of 2 weeks, allowing the flavours to develop.  Crafted from premium outdoor-bred British pork each ham is soaked in signature brine with brown sugar for a week and then matured to enhance it's well-rounded flavour.

Each ham is boneless and unglazed for maximum versatility and ease of carving.  Roast with honey and mustard for a classic festive glaze, serve warm with potatoes, or enjoy cold with pickles and crusty bread.

Sizes available:

Midi (1kg+), serves 2-4 people

Half (2kg+), serves 5-7 people

Whole (4kg+), serves 12-14 people
