• 200g Westcombe Cheddar A smooth, well rounded farmhouse Cheddar from Somerset, selected for its warm, lingering flavours and happy balance of creaminess and acidity.
• 200g Sparkenhoe Red Leicester - complex and balanced, nutty and mellow boasting a flaky yet silky texture.
• 200g Appleby's Cheshire - rich mineral flavours with a juicy acidity and succulent, crumbly texture.
• 150g Baron Bigod - a Suffolk Brie-style cheese that balances clean lactic brightness with mushroom notes.
• 150g Stichelton - a juicy blue with biscuity notes towards the rind and a creamy texture
