Christmas Gammon

A boneless British gammon joint that has been slow cooked in our kitchen. Hand decorated with cloves and orange slices, accompanied with our honey and mustard glaze for you to apply at home, before you roast. A stunning ham that will take centre stage on Boxing Day and can be enjoyed cold afterwards. 

One size, 2 - 2.5kg, serves 7 - 8 people

Cooking instructions: 

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C

Once oven is preheated liberally pour your honey and mustard glaze over your gammon (use a pastry brush to ensure good coverage) 

Place your gammon on a tray (preferably on a vegetable trivet) in your oven, turn after 20 minutes 3 times
