Half Shoulder: approx 1.5kg. Serves 4 - 6 people
Full Shoulder: approx 2.5kg. Serves 6-8 people
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the shoulder of lamb on a slow cook in a preheated oven at 160C for around 180 minutes for bone in joints and 150 minutes for boneless.
Rest at room temperature for at least half of the total cooking time.
