Sourced from local farms in Leicestershire and masterfully prepared by our talented Butchers at Farndon Fields, our high-quality leg of lamb is bursting with rich, natural flavor and finished with a garlic and rosemary stuffing.
Fabulous for those wanting a twist on a classic roast lamb dish, the meat is succulent and tender, as well as visually appealing for your Easter table.
Sizes available:
Half Leg: approx 1.5kg . Serves 4 - 6 people
Full Leg: approx 3kg . Serves 6-8 people
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the leg of lamb in a roasting dish for approximately 30 minutes per kg at 180C for boneless joints & 40 minutes per kg at 180C for bone in joints. For well done cook for an addition 30 minutes.
Rest at room temperature for at least half of total cooking time after cooking.
