Wonderful for those wanting a hearty Easter roast, our high-quality shoulder of lamb is bursting with flavor and prepared by our talented Butchery at Farndon Fields.
The meat is succulent and tender, as well as a visually sensational centrepiece. Ideal for those wanting a slow cook joint.
Sizes available:
Half Shoulder Bone In: approx 1.5kg / Bone Out: approx 1.25kg. Serves 4 - 6 people
Full Shoulder Bone In: approx 2.75kg / Full Shoulder Bone Out: approx 2.25kg Serves 6-8 people
Cooking Instructions:
Cook the shoulder of lamb on a slow cook in a preheated oven at 160C for around 180 minutes for bone in joints and 150 minutes for boneless.
Rest at room temperature for at least half of the total cooking time.
