Our premium loin of free range local pork is an excellent choice for those wanting to carve generous slices with unrivalled taste and tenderness. 

This boneless joint has been meticulously prepared by our skilled Butchers at Farndon Fields. 

Sizes available:

1kg, serves 2-3 people / 2kg, serves 4-5 people / 3kg, serves 6-7 people

Cooking Instructions: 

For excellent crackling, dry the skin as much as possible before cooking & roast for 15 minutes at 220C, then reduce the temperature to 180C and cook for a further:

1kg Joint - 60 minutes

2kg Joint - 75 minutes

3kg Joint - 90 minutes 

Leave to rest uncovered for at least half of the total cooking time.
